Kristian Augusts gate 13 in Oslo is a ground-breaking re-use project where a building from the 1950s has been upgraded in accordance with FutureBuilt’s criteria for circular buildings. The building was completed in 1950, and the façade is protected pursuant to the Planning and Building Act. Höegh Eiendom has renovated the building in line with FutureBuilt’s criteria for circular buildings, and 50 per cent of the materials and building components is reused or reusable.
